The terms that apply when you use discontinuedclub.com or purchase a Discontinued Club item.
Store and order acceptance
Discontinued Club is an independent resale store for rare, discontinued, collectible, and hard-to-find products. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and the order is not canceled under these terms.
Inventory can change quickly because some products have only one available unit and may also be offered on eBay. If an item becomes unavailable before fulfillment, the affected order or item will be canceled and refunded. We do not substitute a different product without the buyer's agreement.
Prices, payment, tax, and shipping
Website and eBay prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may differ. Direct website payments are processed through Stripe, and the final shipping charge and any required tax are displayed before payment.
Pricing, promotions, shipping thresholds, and availability may change. A completed direct order will not be charged more than the amount authorized in Stripe Checkout unless the buyer separately approves another transaction.
Product condition and information
Listings may include new, used, vintage, discontinued, or collectible products. The title, description, condition notes, product photos, quantity, size, and included items are part of the listing. Buyers should review them before purchase and contact us with questions.
Packaging on older or discontinued goods may show age, shelf wear, label changes, or cosmetic differences. Food and drink buyers are responsible for reviewing visible date, seal, storage, ingredient, allergy, caffeine, and packaging information before consumption. A collectible or discontinued product is not represented as suitable for consumption when the listing says it is sold for display or collection only.
Direct checkout and eBay
Website checkout and eBay checkout are independent transactions. An eBay purchase is subject to eBay's checkout, payment, shipping, return, and buyer-protection rules. Website prices and benefits cannot be transferred to an eBay order.
Shipping, returns, and cancellations
The current Shipping & Returns Policy is incorporated into these terms. It explains the free-shipping threshold, handling target, delivery estimates, return eligibility, damaged-order reporting, refunds, and cancellation requests.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with checkout or security, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, or use the store for unlawful activity. Orders associated with suspected fraud, resale abuse, payment disputes, or materially incorrect information may be held, canceled, or refunded.
Brands and site content
Third-party names, logos, teams, characters, and product marks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify authentic goods being resold. Discontinued Club is not endorsed by those brand owners unless a listing expressly says otherwise.
Original Discontinued Club photography, writing, branding, and site design may not be copied or republished for commercial use without permission.
