Information we collect
When you place a direct website order, information may include your name, email address, phone number, billing details, shipping address, items purchased, order value, and transaction status. When you contact us, we receive the information you submit in the form or email.
Discontinued Club does not currently require customer accounts. Purchases made through eBay are handled under eBay's own account and privacy practices.
How information is used
- Process payments, fulfill orders, provide tracking, and handle returns or support.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, chargebacks, and other security problems.
- Respond to inventory questions, sourcing requests, and product tips.

Services that process information
Stripe
Direct payments are completed on Stripe-hosted Checkout. Stripe processes payment credentials and transaction information under its own privacy practices. Discontinued Club does not receive or store your full card number.
Netlify
The website is hosted on Netlify. Netlify may process technical request information needed to deliver the site and operates the website contact form.
Shipping carriers
Delivery information is shared with the carrier and shipping services used to purchase postage, provide tracking, and deliver the order.
eBay
If you choose an eBay listing instead of direct checkout, the purchase occurs on eBay and is governed by eBay's policies. Discontinued Club does not combine the website cart with an eBay transaction.
Sharing and retention
Personal information is not sold. It is shared only as needed to process and deliver orders, provide requested support, comply with law, protect the store and its customers, or work with service providers acting on the store's behalf.
Order and communication records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for fulfillment, customer service, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal, and recordkeeping purposes.

You may contact us to ask about personal information connected to a direct order or message. Some records may need to be retained where required for transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.
